Fence Installation & Fence Removal Services
Whether you’re installing a brand-new fence or replacing an aging one, our team handles the entire process from start to finish. We remove old fencing safely and efficiently, then prepare the site for a clean, precise installation.
Homeowners in Victoria often replace older fences due to leaning posts, sagging gates, or storm damage. We evaluate your property, discuss material options, and recommend solutions that balance appearance, privacy, and longevity. The result is a fence that enhances your home while standing up to Minnesota weather year after year.
Steel Post/No Dig Posts
One of the biggest advantages of choosing Martz Fencing is our use of driven galvanized steel posts and no-dig installation methods. Instead of digging holes and pouring concrete, we drive steel posts deep into the ground for superior strength and stability.
Steel posts are ideal for Minnesota conditions. Wood posts can absorb moisture, rot, and shift over time due to freeze-thaw cycles. This often leads to leaning fences and misaligned gates. Steel posts, on the other hand, resist moisture, won’t rot, and maintain their position even through harsh winters.
Benefits of steel posts and no-dig systems include:
- Greater resistance to frost heave
- Stronger gate support and alignment
- Faster, cleaner installation
- Less disruption to lawns and landscaping
This system helps ensure your fence stays straight, secure, and functional for years.
Fence Permits & Local Rules in Victoria, MN
Fence projects in Victoria and nearby communities often require permits and must comply with local zoning, height, and setback regulations. Martz Fencing makes sure we meet all these requirements, including city permits, fence code compliance, property line guidelines, and HOA considerations when applicable. By managing these details from the start, we help avoid delays, fines, and costly changes later in the project, keeping your installation smooth and stress-free.
