Installation & Process

Most residential fence installations are completed in 1-2 days, depending on size and layout.

We custom build every fence on-site to fit your yard, grade, and layout.

Yes. We offer full fence removal and disposal as part of replacement projects.

No—we drive galvanized steel posts 4+ feet into the ground, well below the frost line.

We specialize in full wood fence installations and replacements, with a focus on building strong, long-lasting cedar fences.

Durability & Maintenance

A well-built wooden fence can last for decades.

We recommend staining your cedar fence within the first year to help prevent movement, warping, and early weathering.

After that, most fences should be re-stained every 2–3 years depending on sun exposure and weather conditions.

Staining early helps protect the wood, maintain its appearance, and extend the overall lifespan of your fence.

Yes — we offer staining for new fence installations.

We use a high-quality oil-based stain to help protect the wood and extend the life of your fence.

If you’re interested, we can go over stain options and timing during your estimate.

Gates

Yes. All gates are custom-built to match the fence style you choose and your yard.

We offer single wide gates (4′ or 5′) and double wide gates (8′ or 10′).

Custom sizes are available upon request.

Gates can sag if not built properly. We reinforce and load-test every gate to ensure it stays straight.

Logistics & Rules

If your project needs a survey, we partner with licensed surveyors to handle it for you. This ensures property lines are accurate and takes the stress off you.

Survey fees may apply.

If a permit is required by your city, we take care of it for you. You don’t need to worry about pulling permits — we handle everything so your project stays hassle-free.

We don’t submit HOA requests on your behalf, but we make it easy for you. Just provide us with your HOA’s fence rules, setbacks, and any requirements, and we’ll make sure your project meets them.

Most installations happen during warmer months. Winter installations vary based on ground conditions.
